Transportation to/from the airport
The Frankfurt Airport has two train stations: Regional train station and Long-distance train station.

Bus shuttle
The shuttle buses leave Terminal 1 from in front of the B Arrivals hall.
Lufthansa Airport Buses and Shuttles serves the routes from/to Frankfurt/Heidelberg, Frankfurt/Strassbourg, Frankfurt/Kaiserslauter, Frankfurt/Saarbrücken.
Many bus connections are available to / from the airport. Bus stops are located in front of Terminal 1 (Arrivals Level) and Terminal 2 (Level 2).
To get to the terminal, you can use the shuttle bus, which departs every 10 minutes in front of the terminal and the journey takes about 7-10 minutes.
Destination: Frankfurt - Walldorf - Mörfelden – Darmstadt – Rüsselsheim - Werkverkehr (Seeheim) – Bischofsheim – Kelsterbach – Konstablerwache - Höchst – Eschborn - Raunheim – Buchschlag – Sprendlingen – Offenthal - Neu-Isenburg – Schwanheim – Konstablerwache – Obertshausen - Stadion – Südbahnhof – Darmstadt.

The motorways A 3, A 67 and A 5 lead directly to Frankfurt Airport.

The taxis are available at both terminals. Time required: between 20 and 30 minutes.

Car hire
In Terminal 1 you find the following car rental companies in the A and B sections of Level 1 (Arrivals): Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Sixt.
In Terminal 2 you find the following car rental companies in the D section of Level 2 (Arrivals): Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar Thrifty (Buchbinder) Enterprise, Hertz, National and Sixt.
