Moncler Grenoble fashion show at the Courchevel altiport
A high-altitude airport is transformed into an exceptional catwalk to celebrate the performance and style of the winter 2025 collection
A spectacular landing for Moncler Grenoble: the Fall/Winter 2025 collection was presented in an unprecedented location, the Courchevel Altiport, the highest airport in Europe. A symbolic place, where altitude and ambition meet, transformed for the occasion into an imposing walkway at 2,008 meters, surrounded by snow and the charm of the French Alps.

Moncler Grenoble chooses an airport to best represent its philosophy: a brand born to challenge boundaries, combining innovation and tradition in a continuous drive towards new heights. The weekend of the event saw international guests immerse themselves in the experience of the mountains, including ski descents, snowboards and snowshoeing, up to moments of relaxation among breathtaking landscapes.

The Courchevel Altiport, known for its extreme conditions and spectacularity, has been transformed into an exclusive stage. The white of the snow-capped mountains enveloped the guests, who watched the show from a horseshoe-shaped catwalk, dressed in elegant white capes. As night fell, rays of light created an intimate and surreal atmosphere, while a live symphony orchestra accompanied the event with a harmony that combined classical and contemporary elements.

With 140 looks, the Moncler Grenoble Fall/Winter 2025 collection reinterprets technical winter clothing, taking it into a new dimension of style and functionality. The brand's sartorial-tech approach translates into garments that defy convention, with innovative materials such as denim and canvas inspired by workwear, houndstooth wool and bouclé treated with advanced technologies to ensure uncompromising performance.

Jackets and ski suits are embellished with sophisticated inlays, while enveloping knitwear is declined in outerwear and mid-layers. The suits, inspired by tweed, blend wool embroidery and nylon laqué patchwork, while shearling – natural and synthetic – gives an additional tactile touch to coats and accessories. The color palette moves between neutral shades such as white, beige, brown and gray, with vibrant accents of light blue, red, navy blue and black.

Courchevel Altiport
Located at an altitude of 2,008 meters, the Courchevel Altiport is one of the most extreme and iconic airports in the world. Nestled between the majestic peaks of the French Alps, in the heart of the Trois Vallées ski area, this airport is known for its very short and very steep slope, considered one of the most challenging in the world.
Built in 1961 to make the prestigious ski resort accessible to the most demanding travelers, the altiport is reserved for private flights, helicopters and small high-performance aircraft. Its runway, just 537 meters long and with a gradient of 18.5%, requires highly technical landing and take-off maneuvers, which can only be performed by experienced pilots. There is no possibility of go-around: every landing must be performed with absolute precision.
