Food & Beverage in the new Terminal 3 of Frankfurt Airport
Avolta and Lagardère Travel Retail among the partners selected for the commercial offer
Fraport has completed the process of assigning food & beverage spaces in the new Terminal 3 of Frankfurt Airport, involving two travel retail giants: Avolta AG and Lagardère Travel Retail.
International dining options at Frankfurt Airport
Spanning 2,900 square meters, Frankfurt's new Terminal 3 will offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and dining options, including:
► traditional German bakeries,
► tapas bar with fresh sushi,
► fine Italian restaurants ,
► Snack bar for quick breaks.

The spaces will be divided between:
► Avolta, which will operate 12 refreshment points between the Non-Schengen Central Marketplace, the Schengen Pier and the Departure Lounge.
► Lagardère, with 10 refreshment points in the Non-Schengen Marketplace, the Non-Schengen Pier and the Arrivals Hall, as well as 6 spaces dedicated to travel services.
► Avolta, which will operate 12 refreshment points between the Non-Schengen Central Marketplace, the Schengen Pier and the Departure Lounge.
► Lagardère, with 10 refreshment points in the Non-Schengen Marketplace, the Non-Schengen Pier and the Arrivals Hall, as well as 6 spaces dedicated to travel services.
Retail and services: assignment phase completed
The marketing of the commercial spaces is in the final phase, with 65 retail areas already assigned for a total of 12,000 square meters, including:
► Next-generation duty-free ,
► Financial services and currency exchange,
► Car rental and other services for travelers.

A terminal designed for the future: Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport is scheduled to open in summer 2026 and, after the completion of the first phase, will be able to accommodate up to 19 million passengers. With a combination of innovation, quality and premium service, the new hub will redefine the travel experience at Frankfurt Airport.
