Aeroitalia is an Italian airline founded by German Efromovich (Non-executive Chairman) and Marc Bourgade (Executive Chairman) with the aim of satisfying a demand for air transport capable of adapting to the changing needs of the market, developing a competitive product in the aviation sector. The company is led by CEO Gaetano Francesco Intrieri.
Aeroitalia began flight operations in 2022 from Forlì airport and operates charter and scheduled routes to destinations in Italy and Europe.
In 2023, Aeroitalia acquired 93.86% of the shares of AirConnect, a Romanian regional airline, to strengthen connections with Rome (Fiumicino).
Aeroitalia's fleet consists of Boeing B-737/800 aircraft (with 189 seats in economy class) and ATR 72/600 aircraft with a capacity of 68 seats.
The airline Aeroitalia stands out for its attention to safety, investing in qualified and experienced personnel from other national airlines.
