EasyJet launches new routes from Rome Fiumicino
The new base of operations will bring to 16 the destinations served by the capital's main airport
EasyJet announces the enhancement of operations from Rome-Fiumicino with the opening of the new operational base and the launch of 5 new routes starting from 30 March 2025. Thanks to the presence of 3 based aircraft and about 130 new employees, the company's network from the Roman airport will reach 16 destinations, with a 35% increase in capacity compared to 2024.
The news for summer 2025 include new direct connections to some of the most strategic cities in Europe:
These new routes are in addition to the 11 destinations already served by Fiumicino, including connections to London, Berlin, Paris Orly, Lyon, Geneva and Basel.
easyJet thus strengthens its position as one of the main carriers in the Roman airport, making its network even more competitive for both leisure and business travellers.
