Wizz Air flies from Trieste to Pristina

From 19 December, the flight to the capital of Kosovo offers two weekly frequencies during the winter season and three in the summer. The new connection is in addition to the already operational routes to Naples and Tirana

Wizz Air will inaugurate the new direct flight between Trieste and Priština on 19 December 2026, expanding Trieste Airport's international network to the Balkans.

The route will be operated twice a week during the peak of the winter season, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and will increase to three weekly frequencies in the summer, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

For passengers in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the new flight to Pristina adds a direct flight to Kosovo and joins Wizz Air's existing routes to Naples and Tirana. The service is designed for both leisure traffic and business trips, study trips and visits to friends and family.

Wizz Air's connection also offers passengers departing from Priština direct access to Trieste and the North-East of Italy, strengthening tourist flows and relations between the two territories.
