Vueling inaugurates the new Florence-Brussels route
The low-cost airline connects the city of the lily to the Belgian capital, expanding the offer of European destinations from Florence
Vueling, part of the IAG group, announces the opening of a new route that will connect Florence to Brussels starting from April 1, 2025. The new route, available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, represents an important novelty for travelers who want to explore the Belgian capital.
Vueling, the first and only low-cost airline to activate this route, underlines the strategic importance of Florence within its network. The airport of the Tuscan capital is, in fact, one of the company's two international bases in Italy, together with Rome Fiumicino.
Thanks to this novelty, Vueling further expands its network of direct connections from Florence, which already includes destinations such as Barcelona, London (Gatwick), Madrid, Paris (Orly) and Catania.
Brussels, famous for hosting the main European institutions, is an important destination for both tourism and business. The city combines a cosmopolitan atmosphere with a historic center full of charm and history, offering a unique mix of architecture and culture.
