The Iasi Airport is located in the county of Iasi, near to the other counties of Bacau, Botosani, Neamt, Suceava and Vaslui. Iasi Airport is the regional airport from the North-East Region of Romania.
The airlines operating from Iasi Airport are Tarom, with direct flights to Bucharest, Rome (FCO), London (LTN), Bologna, Turin and Tel Aviv and Austrian Airlines with a direct flight to Wien.
During summer season, the airport collaborate with AirBucharest and Blue Air for charters to Antalya, Zakynthos, Rhodes and Crete (Heraklion). The airport has 3 terminals: T1, T2 (in service since 2012) and T3 (ready in 2015).
