Aeroitalia is an Italian privately-owned airline, founded by professionals in the air transport sector: Marc Bourgade, president of Aeroitalia, German Efromovich, non-Executive President, and Gaetano Intrieri, Chief Executive Officer.
 
Aeroitalia began flight operations in 2022 and its headquarters are located in Rome while the hub is in Forlì. In November 2022 it opened a base at Milan Bergamo airport, inaugurating flights from Bergamo to Rome (Fiumicino), CataniaBacau, and London (Heathrow).
 
Aeroitalia airline operates charter and regional scheduled routes to destinations in Italy and Europe with a fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft (with 189 seats in economy class), there is also ATR 72/600 which makes this the first Italian airline to operate these machines through its partner Air Connect.
 
Aeroitalia airline is attentive to safety, investing in highly qualified and experienced personnel from other national airlines. Aeroitalia was born with the aim of satisfying a demand for air transport that adapts to the changing needs of the market, developing a competitive product in the aviation sector even over the long haul. In fact, the Aeroitalia company's goal is to connect over 40 italian and international destinations by 2023.
