Air France opens new lounge at London Heathrow

In London's Terminal 4, a premium space inspired by the art of French hospitality, operational from spring 2026

In spring 2026, Air France will inaugurate a new premium lounge inside London Heathrow's Terminal 4, strengthening its presence at one of Europe's most strategic airports. The new environment will be dedicated to La Première, Business and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers, as well as eligible passengers travelling with KLM and SkyTeam alliance partners.

Designed in-house by Air France's teams in collaboration with the SGK Brandimage agency, the lounge will cover an area of more than 750 square meters and can accommodate around 150 guests. The spaces will be organized to offer a complete and comfortable experience: dining areas with high-end French cuisine, a central bar with a careful selection of French wines and champagnes, areas dedicated to relaxation and spa, as well as functional spaces designed for working before departure.

Designed as an oasis of calm and elegance, the new lounge will accompany passengers in the pre-boarding phases or during connections, reflecting the Air France brand identity and its vision of hospitality "à la française".

London Heathrow (LHR) plays a key role in the airline's European network: during the winter, Air France will operate up to seven daily flights between Heathrow and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), the carrier's main hub from which it is possible to reach the entire global network. In addition, starting March 29, 2026, Air France will expand its London offering to also serve London Gatwick (LGW), with two daily flights from Paris Charles de Gaulle, further enhancing connectivity between the United Kingdom and France.
