Air France opens a lounge at JFK in the new Terminal 1
From 2027, Air France will move all its flights to the new Terminal 1 of New York's John F. Kennedy Airport, accompanying the change with the opening of the company's largest international lounge.
The new space will occupy more than 2,700 square meters on two levels and can accommodate more than 400 guests. Access will be reserved for eligible La Première and Business passengers, Flying Blue Elite Plus members and eligible Travellers of KLM and SkyTeam partner airlines.

The lounge will be designed by Air France teams together with MARKS Brandimage and will include areas dedicated to French dining, a bar with a selection of wines and champagnes, areas for relaxation, work and beauty treatments. A separate space will be reserved for Flying Blue Ultimate members.
For La Première customers, there is a dedicated and more personalized path from the terminal to boarding, as well as an exclusive area inside the lounge with a gastronomic proposal signed by a renowned French chef.

The transfer will allow Air France passengers to use the new infrastructure of JFK Terminal 1, featuring updated technologies, new commercial spaces, catering and services dedicated to comfort.
During the summer season, Air France operates up to six daily flights between Paris (Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport - CDG) and New York (JFK Airport), including four with Boeing 777-300ERs equipped with the new La Première cabin. In addition, there are up to three flights operated by transatlantic partner Delta Air Lines. The airline also maintains up to two daily flights between Paris and New York-Newark, bringing the total daily connections between Paris and the New York area to 11.
