Spaces designed for those traveling with children

Plaza Petit was created to meet the specific needs of families on the move. The dedicated areas, located within PPG lounges and airport hotels, are designed to offer children moments of play, reading and relaxation while always maintaining the supervision of parents and carers.

The program is developed around five elements: Read, Play, Discover, Taste and Relax together.

Each Plaza Petit zone includes a Room to Read Story Corner, created in collaboration with the international non-profit organization Room to Read. The spaces provide physical books suitable for different ages and published in multiple languages, with collections updated every quarter. Children can also access Literacy Cloud, Room to Read's digital library, which collects thousands of original stories available in 48 languages.

Games, activities and dedicated menus

Alongside reading, there are travel-themed activities, with "Your Destination Before Departure" kits, coloring sheets, crayons and collectible stickers dedicated to the different destinations. The gastronomic offer is also designed for children, with dedicated menus, balanced meals, specific crockery, service to heat baby food and seasonal proposals. The spaces also use light wood furnishings with rounded edges, child-friendly seating and interactive bookcases, with the aim of creating more comfortable environments that are easily usable by families.

Plaza Petit expands airport lounges by introducing services specifically designed for those traveling with children, with an expansion already planned to various international hubs, including Rome.
