Milan Bergamo Airport offers a wide range of services to passengers, before and after the flight,
to ensure a comfortable, smooth and safe travel experience.

The airport has over 7,000 parking spaces, with a wide choice of rates and sectors designed to meet every parking need, always in the name of quality and comfort, at competitive prices. With Milan Airports Parking you can park inside the airport and take your car keys with you. The staff is present, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
If you're waiting for a flight to arrive, the P Est car park is the ideal choice: it's just 250 metres from the terminal and offers the first half hour for free, perfect for quick and stress-free stops.
Fast Track
Fast Track is a restricted passage that allows quick access to security checks. Input is via optical reader and is active 24 hours a day.
Fast Track CHECK-IN
Fast Track Check-in is the service that speeds up check-in operations thanks to access to the Check-in Lounge, where it is possible to check-in and drop off luggage with a dedicated hostess. The service also includes priority passage through security checks, to reach the boarding area quickly and without waiting.

CHECK-IN LOUNGE
The Check-in Lounge at Milan Bergamo Airport allows you to check in in a private and comfortable environment, with services and attention dedicated to every type of traveller.

The Check-in Lounge is open from 04:30 to 21:30. The maximum time of stay is 3 hours.

The exclusive HELLOSKY LOUNGE
The HelloSky Lounge covers an area of 750 square meters and has 130 seats. It is located in the departures area, before passport control in the non-Schengen area.

The lounge is divided into 10 dedicated areas: work areas, meeting room, food & beverage area, smoking area and toilet with shower. A configuration designed to offer guests comfort, privacy and functionality. The offer includes bars, à la carte restaurants, relaxation and entertainment areas, with staff dedicated to reception and assistance.

HelloSky offers a contemporary lounge concept, with a focus on sustainability, natural materials and waste reduction. The modern and elegant environment, enriched by natural light and quality finishes, creates a relaxing atmosphere before departure.

The catering service follows a dynamic approach, with proposals that vary in the different times of the day and a selection of products, including those typical of the area. Access is also available in premium pay-per-use mode.

To meet the needs of business customers and those who want a personalized experience, Milan Bergamo Airport offers the BGY TOP service package, dedicated to departing and arriving passengers.

For arriving passengers, BGY TOP provides luggage transport, disembarkation with a dedicated minibus and personalized welcome.
BGY GO - MEET & GREET
With the BGY GO service, the journey begins in maximum relaxation. Upon your arrival at the airport, a dedicated hostess and porter will welcome you with professionalism and accompany you to the Check-in Lounge to carry out check-in operations in a private environment.
Afterwards, the hostess will guide you through the security checkpoint ensuring a quick and wait-free passage, staying by your side until you enter the HelloSky Lounge, where you can relax before departure. From there you will reach your gate independently, with the peace of mind of having lived a fluid, discreet and perfectly organized airport experience.
BergamOlynk
Bergamolynk is the service that allows you to plan your trip using Milan Bergamo Airport as a connecting airport, allowing you to reach over 100 destinations in Europe and around the world.
Once you have landed, follow the signs dedicated to the Bergamolynk route and enjoy the benefits reserved for connecting passengers:
- Dedicated check-in at the Check-in Lounge: to check in your baggage.
- Facilitated access to Fast Track: through a dedicated gate to quickly pass through security checks and reach the gate of the connecting flight.
