On the way to boarding, shopping becomes an exclusive experience thanks to the completely renovated Duty Free managed by the Avolta Group. The larger, more modern spaces offer even more choice, in a walk-through environment, designed to combine style and functionality. The elegant design is combined with a wide range of products: from Italian food and wine excellence to fine liqueurs, up to the most renowned international brands.
DUFRY duty free In the Dufry store, located on the first floor of the Air Side area (after security checks) an exceptional selection of high quality products awaits you, ranging from cosmetics for everyday use to delicious local wines, from fragrances to unique whiskies, to authentic Italian souvenirs and fashion accessories. The "Reserve & Collect online pre-order" service allows passengers to book products online and pick them up at the airport at a later date. To purchase Duty free products you must be in possession of an Extra Schengen flight ticket. To use it, you need to create a Dufry account and access the Red by Dufry website or mobile app, which also allows you to accumulate points and access dedicated discounts.  Once logged in, you can select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart, indicate the day and time of your flight and the shop where you can retrieve your purchases. At the airport you can pick up the reserved products and make the payment in cash or by credit card. The order can be cancelled at any time simply by accessing the "Order history" section. You can place your order from 30 days to 24 hours before departure and the products will be available 2 hours before your flight. Inside the terminal, in the landside area (before security), passengers can enjoy a quality break in a modern and welcoming environment, thanks to the presence of cafés, bistros and restaurants. Here you will find: Al Volo, Briciole dolci e salate, Stortellini, Berry & Coffee, Green Bar Gnam, Pret a Manger, Rossopomodoro, La Marianna, Heineken Bar and Panella.
After the security checks, in the airside area, the offer includes: 12OZ, Alice Pizza, Contadi Castaldi, Delice Maison, Eataly, Pret a Manger, I Love Poke, McDonald's, Panino Giusto, Pizza Flor, Serge and Sushi Daily. In the non-Schengen area, the following corners are available: Workeat and Puro Gusto.
Lovers of Neapolitan cuisine can treat themselves to a tasty break before the flight at the Rossopomodoro Restaurant, where the Neapolitan tradition comes to life in every dish. From Gragnano pasta to buffalo mozzarella from Campania, passing through a wide choice of pizzas, first courses, second courses and typical desserts, each proposal celebrates the authenticity and warmth of the Neapolitan table.
Inside the boarding area of Milan Bergamo Airport, between gates A14 and A15, Eataly welcomes passengers with an authentic all-Italian gastronomic experience. An oasis of taste where quality, tradition and seasonality come together to offer a moment of pleasure before the trip.
