Founded in Norway in 1966, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has been a global pioneer in the cruise industry for 58 years and continues to redefine the way we travel at sea, introducing innovations that have transformed the cruise experience into a model of freedom, personalization and flexibility. Among his major contributions to the sector, the elimination of traditional constraints: no fixed times for dinner, no formal dress code and total autonomy in planning every moment of the holiday.

Today, NCL invites you to enjoy more experiences, activities and entertainment including exclusive benefits such as unlimited open bar, restaurant and shore excursion credits as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.

These include two iconic owned destinations: Great Stirrup Cay, the private island in the Bahamas, and Harvest Caye, a refined resort-style destination located in Belize.

On board, Norwegian Cruise Line combines world-class service, entertainment, experiences and world-class gastronomy with several themed restaurants. The variety of accommodations satisfies every type of guest: from cabins for single Travellers, to club balcony suites, up to The Haven by Norwegian®, a refined luxury space "ship within a ship" (from 48 to 300 square meters) that offers privacy, 24-hour concierge, premium services and reserved environments as well as business flight included.

The Caribbean, NCL's most popular destination

The Caribbean is the most popular destination for NCL Travellers, offering perennial sunshine, clear waters and island experiences. Caribbean cruise itineraries range from 3 days up to 14 days. The packages are complete with air travel + transfer + cruise in flexible mode to independently compose visits to the cities from which the cruises depart and then embark, such as Miami or New York

The flights are combined with cruises with precision and perfect correspondence with the departure of the ships and are available from any airport, thanks to the Amadeus system that combines direct flights of the airlines (for Italy direct flight to Miami from Rome Fiumicino - FCO and from Milan Malpensa - MXP scheduled for summer 2026) or with stopovers in the main Hubs.

Caribbean cruise departures are made from convenient ports such as Miami and Port Canaveral in Florida, New Orleans, New York City, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, and more. Cruises depart all year round although the best time is from November to March.

18 ships sail the Caribbean and Bahamas, including the new Norwegian Luna and Norwegian Aqua. Many cruises include a 1-day visit to NCL's private destinations: Great Stirrup Cay and Harvest Caye. From 2026, the private island of Great Stirrup Cay offers several novelties: not only white beaches and turquoise sea but also special entertainment, a large heated swimming pool, water parks, family-friendly areas, bars and restaurants, where you can spend moments of relaxation.

Sister ship of the Aqua ship, Norwegian Luna is the newest ship available to sail the seas from March 2026 after opening in Florida. Added to the fleet, it offers modern amenities and vibrant experiences. All ships, built by Fincantieri, are characterized by a state-of-the-art Made in Italy interior design.
