ITA Airways supports Make-A-Wish Italia Onlus

ITA Airways has decided to support Make-A-Wish Italia Onlus, offering a gift card to cover the costs of air travel necessary to make the wishes of children and their families come true.

It is a concrete and meaningful gesture, in perfect harmony with the mission of Make-A-Wish Italia: to give moments of authentic joy, instill courage and restore energy through the realization of a special wish. For these children, living a long-awaited experience is much more than a happy parenthesis: it is a true therapy of the soul, which also involves and strengthens the whole family.

Thanks to ITA Airways' contribution, it will be possible to accompany even more children to extraordinary destinations, iconic cities or unique encounters in Italy and abroad, overcoming one of the most challenging logistical aspects: travel. The gift card will cover the necessary flights, facilitating planning and allowing the association to focus on what really matters: giving emotions that remain forever.

Active since 2004, Make-A-Wish Italia Onlus has already made over 3,000 wishes come true. It collaborates with the main paediatric hospitals in the country and makes use of a network of over 250 volunteers distributed throughout the country, to bring light and hope where it is most needed.
