Air Dolomiti reconfirms operational excellence
Air Dolomiti has obtained the renewal of the IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) certification, confirming full compliance with international standards on safety and flight operations. The inspection, conducted this year according to the "risk-based IOSA" mode, certified the solidity and efficiency of the company's operational organization, integrating the standard assessment with the analysis of specific risk profiles and the results obtained in previous audits.
The audit involved in depth the main operational sectors of Air Dolomiti, including Flight Operations, Maintenance, Crew Training, Ground Operations, Cargo, Compliance Monitoring, Safety and Security. A team of five independent industry experts analysed the carrier's processes and procedures, recognising its complete adherence to IATA requirements.
Air Dolomiti has been IOSA certified since 2005 and, since then, has passed the rigorous checks required by the program every two years. The next renewal is set for 2027, confirming a constant commitment to technical and managerial excellence.
Air Dolomiti is the Italian airline of the Lufthansa Group that connects the main Italian and European airports with Germany, operating over 500 weekly flights to the hubs of Munich and Frankfurt. Air Dolomiti's fleet consists of Embraer 195 and Embraer 190.
