Iberia renews its summer menus

New gourmet proposals in the Lounges of Madrid-Barajas Airport, in Business Class for short, medium and long-haul flights and convenient pre-order service

Iberia presents the new summer 2025 gastronomic offer , designed to enhance Mediterranean cuisine with fresh, light and seasonal dishes, available both on board and in the Premium Lounges of Madrid-Barajas airport.

 

On long-haul flights in Business Class, new starters include smoked salmon with lemon and pepper sauce, burrata with tomato sobrasada and marinated Iberian socket. Among the main dishes: beef tenderloin with potato gratin, baked cod with saffron potatoes and pasta stuffed with goat cheese. The desserts, all artisanal, range from pavlova with fresh fruit to milk rice ice cream, up to chocolate and truffle cake.

On short and medium-haul flights, Iberia introduces dishes such as tomato tartare and piquillo pepper with avocado cream, or sautéed shrimp with black rice and zucchini.

The Gastrobar menu also updates with more summery options like pastrami bagels, hot lasagna, hazelnut cookies, caramel popcorn, and refreshing cocktails like mojitos and rebujitos.
