"Emirates World" Travel Store in London

Emirates has recently opened its new Travel Store "Emirates World" in London, an innovative travel experience that combines cutting-edge technology and personalised advice. The Travel Store has been designed to offer a complete immersion in the Emirates universe, allowing customers to experience the airline's signature luxury experience first-hand. Highlights include the Private First Class Suite, the famous A380 Onboard Lounge and Premium Economy seats, which can be tried out for visitors. This space is not just a place to book flights, but a real experiential center where travelers can receive personalized advice from experts and experience the comfort and elegance offered by the company in advance.

With a sleek and modern design, the store covers an area of 270 square meters and is furnished with contemporary furniture, providing a comfortable environment where customers can plan their trips at their leisure. Seven dedicated kiosks provide assistance with bookings, check-in and Skywards loyalty programme enquiries, while smart technologies, such as self-service screens and an interactive selfie mirror with exotic backgrounds, add a touch of innovation.

The Travel Store also houses a dedicated Emirates Official Store section, where customers can shop for unique souvenirs such as aircraft models and travel merchandise, or exclusive accessories such as Emirates-branded Wimbledon 2024 official towels. In addition, for those who want to plan a tailor-made holiday, Emirates Holidays' team of advisors are available to offer personalised holiday packages and exclusive offers.

With a fleet of 116 A380s, Emirates continues to offer an unrivalled travel experience, with spacious cabins and unique comfort, as well as exclusive services such as the First Class Onboard Lounge and Shower Spa. The airline currently connects London to Dubai with 133 weekly flights, serving Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports, carrying over 45,000 passengers each week.
