Autumn menu on board ITA Airways Business Class
ITA Airways inaugurates the autumn season with a new signature gastronomic proposal: on intercontinental flights departing from Italy, Business Class passengers will be able to enjoy the menu created by Michelin-starred chef Giancarlo Morelli, founder of the Pomiroeu restaurant in Seregno, Brianza.
The company's food and wine project thus continues its journey through Italian flavors: from season to season, internationally renowned chefs and young talents offer ever-changing dishes, offering travelers a constantly evolving Made in Italy culinary experience.
Chef Morelli, who combines creativity, technique and attention to sustainability, celebrates the fruits of autumn with a menu that enhances selected raw materials: "Veal rounds in acidulated apple sauce", "Sautéed rice pie with cardoncello mushrooms", "Guinea fowl breast with citrus fruits from Lake Garda" and, to conclude, a refined "Citrus and caramel bread". An itinerary of scents and colors that recalls the chef's Lombard roots and the excellence of Italian cuisine.
To complete the experience, during the autumn season Ita Airways also introduces a new tasting service: the appetizer will be combined with "Hot Homemade Bread" accompanied by Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the I&P company, an authentic tribute to the Italian gastronomic tradition.
