Qatar Airways increases flights from Italy
Qatar Airways strengthens its offer from Italy ahead of the summer, increasing frequencies from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Malpensa. The airline increases both routes from 14 to 18 weekly flights, expanding travel options to Doha and the international network served through Hamad International Airport.
During the summer season, it will connect over 160 destinations around the world via its hub in Doha. The upgrade is part of the gradual recovery of the airline's operating capacity and responds to growing demand, with load factors increasing by 3-5% week on week in the UK and Europe.
Qatar Airways currently operates from 41 airports in the UK and Europe, following the resumption of connections to Prague, Zagreb, Brussels, Lisbon, Budapest, Oslo, Belgrade and Düsseldorf.
Among the most popular destinations for Italian travellers is Japan. From 15 July, Qatar Airway will resume flights to Tokyo (Haneda Airport), with a gradual increase to daily frequency from 1 August. For Italian passengers, this means more options to reach Japan via Doha.
