"Redefine Your Beauty": the beauty experience for travellers at Heathrow terminals
Heathrow Airport dedicates a special season to its passengers with the "Redefine Your Beauty" campaign, an experiential project that transforms travel shopping into a journey through beauty, well-being and lifestyle. The initiative, active in all four terminals until 5 October 2025, allows you to discover the latest news from international brands and access exclusive experiences before your flight.
In collaboration with retail partner Avolta and World Duty Free stores, Heathrow has created the largest joint beauty event ever held at the airport. Travellers can take advantage of promotions, live masterclasses and immersive activations offered every week by iconic brands such as Clinique, Jo Malone London, Molton Brown, MAC, Charlotte Tilbury, Penhaligon's, Elemis, Parfum de Marly, Moroccanoil, Memo and La Roche-Posay.
Among the most popular activities are the Beauty Bars, which offer demonstrations with interactive technologies, personalized skin analysis and fragrance engravings. In the Personal Shopper Lounge in Terminal 5, passengers also have access to complimentary luxury treatments from La Mer, Estée Lauder, Elemis and Molton Brown, ideal for relaxing before their trip.
With a minimum purchase of £200 on at least three beauty products, customers receive a luxury beauty bag with products worth up to £200, containing prestigious brands such as Elizabeth Arden, Elemis, Benefit, Amouage and Moroccanoil.
The offer is valid in major World Duty Free stores and via the Reserve & Collect service. Heathrow Rewards members will receive a double points bonus (up to 1000) on qualifying purchases.
The experience also involves the gastronomic offer of the airport's food & beverage spaces, with proposals dedicated to well-being such as poke bowls at Yo Sushi, herbal teas at Fortnum & Mason, smoothies at Jones the Grocer and light salads at Leon.
The campaign is part of the £10 billion private investment plan that involves the transformation of terminals, the improvement of shopping areas and catering services, to make the travel experience even more pleasant and efficient.
