Contemporary Roman pizza lands at the airport
With this new opening, Fiumicino Airport adds an important piece to its gastronomic offer: 180 Grammi - Pizzeria Romana, a brand renowned for its thin crust pizza, contemporary and authentically Roman, debuts in the arrivals area of the airport.
The project, developed by F Retail with the entrepreneurial vision of Jacopo Mercuro, brings an innovative concept to the airport that combines craftsmanship and local identity. In addition to pan pizza, there are typical proposals of the Roman frying shop, in a format designed for those who pass through Fiumicino but do not give up the Made in Rome flavor.
The set-up is designed to welcome travellers and visitors in transit with an informal but curated experience, where you can enjoy selected ingredients and light, digestible and characterful doughs. It is an opportunity to discover a piece of the gastronomic essence of the city, with freshly prepared products and a visual presence that recalls the Roman tradition reinterpreted in a contemporary key.
