Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Kuwait, Jazeera Airways was the first non-governmental airline in the Middle East and is still one of the few privately owned aviation companies in the region.
Kuwaiti low-cost airline, Jazeera Airways operates a network of over 50 destinations from Kuwait City in the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, South Asia and Europe, served through a fleet consisting exclusively of Airbus A320 and A320neo, configured with leather seats to ensure greater comfort on board.
A distinctive element of the airline's operating model is the direct management of Terminal 5 (T5) at Kuwait International Airport (KWI), a dedicated Jazeera Airways passenger facility that allows dedicated check-in procedures, self-service kiosks, free Wi-Fi at every gate, faster immigration checks, reduced transfer times, access to duty free and food and beverage outlets, improving the overall efficiency of the travel experience.
On board, Economy Class includes complimentary access to the entertainment system on Jazeera screens, while food and beverages are available for purchase. Passengers can also customize the experience by choosing different seat options: Priority seats (rows 4-6) with 78 cm of space between seats and priority boarding, Preferred seats (rows 7-10) also with 78 cm of pitch, or XL / Extra Legroom seats (rows 11-12), which offer 91 cm of space for greater comfort.
