New Lounge in London Heathrow Terminal 4

Plaza Premium Group, a global leader in airport hospitality services, has opened a new state-of-the-art lounge in Heathrow Terminal 4. This exclusive space, which marks an important milestone in the group's global expansion after 10 years of presence in the UK, replaces the previous lounge with a 766 square metre structure and a capacity of 147 seats, offering comfort and tranquility to travellers looking for a relaxing break before their flight.

 

 

For the first time in the UK, Plaza Premium Group introduces the 'Proudly Local' concept, designed to offer visitors a unique cultural experience. This program allows passengers to discover the local culture through art, gastronomy and community.

The lounge offers a selection of British classics, such as Victoria Sponge and Cottage Pie, along with gin and tonics with local ingredients, for an immersive dining experience that reflects the identity of London.

 

 

The new lounge also features artist Lauren Baker's Ascending Horizons exhibition, a multi-sensory exhibition that transports travelers on a spiritual journey. The works, inspired by cosmic and naturalistic themes, include neon, canvases with diamond dust and limited edition prints. Part of the proceeds from art sales will support the artist's ecological mission, contributing to the planting of trees in the Amazon rainforest.

 

 

Located in front of Gate 10a of Terminal 4, the lounge welcomes passengers from several airlines, including SkyTeam members such as Air France, KLM and Korean Air, and others such as Air Serbia and WestJet. In addition, access is available to selected cardholders such as American Express, Priority Pass and also to visitors with direct access.
