Marhaba Lounges are located in each Terminal of the airport and are accessible to passengers, regardless of the airline or class of travel. For a surcharge, you have access to the buffet with international cuisine and the bar as well as business services. flydubai's Business Class Lounge in DXB can accommodate over 200 passengers. Located after security and passport control, it offers direct access to the boarding gate dedicated to Business Class customers. Here, passengers can board the exclusive buses for a quick transfer to their flight. It offers a lounge area for relaxation, a dining room with international buffet and à la carte dining options as well as a quiet area dedicated to rest.

Plaza Premium Lounge
Even if you travel with an economy class airline, you can access the Plaza Premium Lounge to relax before your flight. The Assisted Travel Lounge is a space designed to make travel more accessible and inclusive for people with physical disabilities and passengers with invisible disabilities. It offers maximum comfort, support and has wheelchair-accessible areas, soundproof seating and a dedicated decompression zone for people on the autism spectrum. The environment is enriched by soft lighting, tactile materials designed to stimulate well-being and a space reserved for unaccompanied minors.

What are airport concourses?
The Concourse is the operational area that houses the gates and airport services, essential for finding your way around large airports.
Each terminal at an airport can have 1 or more Concourses. Dubai International (DXB) has 3 Terminals:
- Terminal 1 is mainly dedicated to international flights of airlines other than Emirates and flydubai. It is serviced by a single large modern and well-equipped Concourse D.
- Terminal 2 is mainly used for regional flights and by some low-cost and charter airlines. It also serves many flights to the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and CIS (Central Asia) and flydubai operates from here on some routes.
- Terminal 3 is divided into Concourse A, Concourse B, and Concourse C, each with its own gates and amenities. It is entirely dedicated to Emirates and shared operations with flydubai.
