Turin Airport awarded by ACI World

Torino Airport has won the "Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe" award for the third consecutive year, awarded by ACI World as part of the ASQ - Airport Service Quality Awards.

A recognition that enhances the daily commitment of airport staff and confirms the centrality of the customer experience in the development strategy of the Piedmontese airport.

A reward based on the voice of passengers

The ASQ Awards represent the leading global airport satisfaction monitoring program. The system is based on questionnaires completed directly by Travellers and collected in real time by certified personnel at airports around the world.

The methodology, active since 2006, allows objective comparisons between international airports. In 2025, over 700,000 questionnaires were collected. Torino Airport has been participating in the program since 2016.

The "Most Dedicated Staff in Europe" award recognizes in particular the attention and professionalism of all staff who come into contact with passengers, helping to make the time spent at the airport more comfortable and positive. In the most recent edition, ACI World also awarded Torino Airport for the high level of cleanliness of the terminal, always based on the opinions of departing travellers.

Record traffic and quality of services

The recognition comes at a time of significant growth for the airport: in 2025 Turin Airport exceeded the threshold of 5 million passengers for the first time, setting a new historical traffic record.

Despite the increase in volumes, the SAGAT Group and the entire airport community have maintained high standards of service, demonstrating how increasing capacity can go hand in hand with improving the travel experience.
