Trapani Birgi launches a survey on the quality of tourist services
The airport and ASE Sicilia collaborate to collect data and optimize the visitor experience, while the airport's numbers confirm constant growth
The Vincenzo Florio airport of Trapani Birgi, in collaboration with the Association of Extra-Hotel Structures and Short-Term Rentals Sicily (ASE Sicilia), has launched a survey for the entire month of October, in the boarding area of the airport, to collect information on the quality of tourist services offered in the province of Trapani. The questionnaire, consisting of 19 questions, aims to understand the profile of tourists, their experiences and what could be improved. The results, processed anonymously and aggregately, will be shared with municipalities and tour operators to plan targeted marketing campaigns and improve the services offered.
Salvatore Ombra, president of Airgest, praised the initiative, emphasizing the importance of ensuring a quality tourist experience for all visitors. Ombra also provided an update on the airport's summer data: despite a decline compared to 2023, passengers increased by 15% compared to 2022, confirming the airport's growth.
