DAT A/S inaugurates the new connections from Ancona to Rome and Milan
Ancona Airport and the Danish airline DAT A/S celebrate the start of direct connections with Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate, marking an important step for mobility and accessibility in the Marche region. The launch of the flights is accompanied by the official presentation of the new brand "DAT Voli delle Marche", a symbol of the company's commitment to promoting the territory also in terms of tourism.
The aircraft dedicated to the service, a 48-seat ATR 42-500, has been christened the City of Ancona and will be the first to represent the new brand. "Inflight Voli delle Marche", a magazine entirely dedicated to the cultural, tourist and entrepreneurial promotion of the region, will also soon be available on board.
DAT A/S has already initiated interline agreements with Finnair and, in the coming weeks, plans to expand collaborations with airlines Lufthansa, Emirates, Qatar Airways and SAS, as well as a future agreement with ITA Airways scheduled for early 2026. These synergies will allow passengers from the Marche region to easily connect with the rest of the world through the main Italian and European hubs.
The company has also announced collaborations with two companies of excellence in the area: Frolla Microbiscottificio, a social enterprise symbol of inclusion and ethical innovation, and Innoliving, a company specializing in small appliances and wellness products. Both will be present on board with their products, helping to enhance Made in Marche.
