The operators are active every day, from 9:00 to 17:00, while the automatic chatbot system – supported by artificial intelligence – responds 24 hours a day, guaranteeing continuous assistance.
This new channel expands the functionality already available through Messenger, integrating into a multi-channel contact ecosystem aimed at making the travel experience even more fluid and personalized. In addition to WhatsApp and Messenger, passengers can also contact Bologna airport by phone or email, freely choosing the most convenient way.
