Wizz Air: four new routes from Naples
Wizz Air strengthens its Naples base with a fourth Airbus A321neo from 1 March 2027 and four new routes to Palermo, Nice, Basel and Genoa. The expansion brings over 500,000 additional seats and expands the airline's network from Naples Airport to 30 routes to 14 countries.
The new Naples-Palermo flight will depart on 1 March 2027 with a daily frequency. From 2 March, Naples - Nice will make its debut, with five weekly frequencies, and connections to Basel and Genoa, both operated four times a week.
For passengers, options on existing routes will also increase. Naples - Budapest flights will increase from seven to nine weekly frequencies, while the connection with Hurghada, starting on December 2, 2026 with three flights a week, will be extended throughout the year.
With the fourth aircraft based, Wizz Air further consolidates its presence in Naples, where it will become the second carrier for domestic traffic. The airline already serves numerous destinations in Europe and the Mediterranean, including Tirana, Sofia, Tel Aviv, Barcelona, Madrid, Warsaw, Katowice, Venice, Milan, Trieste and Turin.
