Volotea expands its network from Verona with four new routes between Greece and Spain
Volotea's summer 2026 gets underway at Verona airport with the launch of four new international connections to some of the main destinations in the Mediterranean: Malaga, Athens, Menorca and Karpathos, expanding its network from Catullo and bringing the destinations served by the Veneto airport to 21.
The new destinations are in addition to the other innovations introduced by Volotea during 2026, including the return of the connection to Comiso and the opening of the international route to Aalborg, confirming the company's development strategy at the Verona airport.
In the first six months of 2026, Volotea recorded a recommendation rate of 93% from Verona airport, which rises to 97% among those enrolled in the Megavolotea program. On the operational front, the airline achieved a 15-minute punctuality rate of over 88% and a flight completion rate of over 99%.
