Ryanair grows in Umbria
At Umbria airport, the company plans to activate 10 new routes with the aim of doubling annual traffic from 400,000 to 800,000 passengers by 2028
Ryanair has announced a strategic expansion plan for the Umbria Region that aims to radically transform the connectivity of the territory. The project involves the activation of 10 new routes and the goal of doubling annual traffic from 400,000 to 800,000 passengers by 2028.
The company is already recording record growth at Perugia Airport (PEG), with an increase of +140% compared to pre-pandemic levels. For the current year, Ryanair will carry more than 400,000 passengers on 10 connections between domestic and international destinations.
