Ryanair celebrates 25 million passengers in Cagliari
The carrier has been operating at Cagliari airport for 17 years and is the airport's first airline with 38 destinations
Ryanair has celebrated reaching 25 million passengers at Cagliari airport, since the start of operations 17 years ago. This summer, the airline will operate over 400 weekly flights from Cagliari to 38 key destinations such as Bologna, Gothenburg, Krakow, Rome, Milan and Porto.
To celebrate the milestone of 25 million passengers in Cagliari, Ryanair is offering customers the opportunity to book summer holidays 2024 starting from €21.99 each way, for travel until October 2024, with booking by 1 August.
Fabio Mereu, CEO of SOGAER, the management company of Cagliari Airport, commented: "In 17 years of collaboration with Cagliari Airport, Ryanair has achieved many important milestones and has grown to become the first airline of our airport. Today we celebrate Ryanair's 25 million passengers at Sardinia's main airport, convinced that the solidity of the partnership we have been able to create over time with the carrier will still bring great satisfaction and an increasingly rich and varied network".
