Wizz Air announces a new connection between Catania (CTA) and Wroclaw (WRO), Poland. From March 31, 2026, the route will operate twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Wroclaw: a pearl to discover
The capital of Lower Silesia, Wrocław is a city with a unique charm that combines history, culture and modernity. Its UNESCO World Heritage Old Town boasts one of the most beautiful squares in Europe (Rynek), the majestic Town Hall, the Racławice Panorama and the charming Ostrów Tumski district. Culture enthusiasts will find theaters, museums and art galleries, while those seeking relaxation can stroll along the Oder River or in the many city parks. The symbol of the city are the bronze gnomes, scattered in the streets as a reminder of the resistance to communism in the 80s.
This direct route from Catania Airport to Wroclaw joins Wizz Air's flights to Katowice and Warsaw, expanding its network from Catania to 19 routes to 11 countries.
