Jordan takes off with 18 new low-cost routes from Europe
Jordan is preparing for a booming tourist season thanks to the unprecedented expansion of its air network. From September 2025, Ryanair and Wizz Air will enhance low-cost connections to Amman and Aqaba, alongside the flights of the national airline Royal Jordanian Airlines.
For Italy, passengers will have direct connections from the Italian airports of Milan Malpensa, Milan Bergamo, Rome Fiumicino, Rome Ciampino, Bologna, Pisa and Treviso, with frequencies that will gradually increase until winter.
In parallel, Aqaba will be accessible from Katowice, Warsaw, Bucharest and Sofia, reinforcing the city's appeal as a seaside and winter destination. In total, 18 European cities will be connected to the Kingdom, making iconic destinations such as Petra, Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and the Red Sea coast more accessible.
With competitive rates and an ever-expanding network, Jordan aims to reassert itself as one of the leading destinations for international tourism for the 2025-2026 winter season.
