Eurowings moves to Terminal 2 Munich
From 25 March, Eurowings will move all its operations to Terminal 2 at Munich Airport (MUC), improving the travel experience for those departing from or transiting through the Bavarian airport.
Eurowings check-in will be located near the south exit E04. Passengers will also be able to use all self-service kiosks in Terminal 2 for both check-in and self-service baggage drop-off, speeding up procedures at the airport.
The main advantage concerns Travellers with connecting flights: with the transfer to Terminal 2 it will no longer be necessary to change terminals. This will allow shorter connection times, shorter distances to walk and smoother transit management, especially during busy hours.
With this novelty, all Lufthansa Group airlines are now united under one roof at Munich Airport, promoting more efficient operational integration and easier connections between group flights.
Eurowings passengers with existing bookings will be informed in advance about the change of terminal, so that they can plan their arrival at the airport in the best possible way.
For those flying to or via Munich, the transfer is therefore a concrete step towards a more linear and organized travel experience.
