Starred menus for passengers departing from Paris with Air France
A unique taste experience, reflecting the excellence of French cuisine both on board and in the Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly Lounges
This autumn, Air France is introducing new haute cuisine menus, available in airport lounges (La Première Paris-Charles de Gaulle terminal 2E concourses K, L, M and in Paris-Orly, in the international lounge at terminal 3) and on board flights departing from Paris. Two new world-renowned chefs, Jérôme Banctel and Josselin Marie, join the company's already prestigious culinary team, alongside famous names such as Nina Métayer, Glenn Viel, Philippe Rigollot and Alain Ducasse. The aim is to offer passengers a unique taste experience, which reflects the excellence of French cuisine.
The menus have been created in collaboration with Servair, a world leader in airline catering, and focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients. The approach is responsible, with the use of meat, poultry and eggs of French origin and fish from sustainable fishing. Vegetarian menus are always available both in the lounges and on flights.
Culinary excellence on board: Chef Jérôme Banctel for Business Class
Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Banctel signs the dishes of Business Class on long-haul flights, drawing inspiration from his homeland, Brittany. Its creations are enriched with light and delicious sauces, without butter or cream, for a refined gastronomic experience even at 10,000 meters above sea level. Among the dishes offered: chicken with buttermilk sauce and buckwheat risotto, haddock with spicy carrot sauce, a perfect mix of tradition and innovation.
