The seasonal schedule, traditionally active from mid-June to early October, will be brought forward to May 3 and extended until October 22, guaranteeing an additional eight weeks of operation. In addition, from 28 June to 27 September 2026, the weekly frequencies will increase from three to four, with the introduction of an additional flight on Sundays. In total, this translates into over 40 additional flights and more than 10,000 extra seats between Italy and Australia.

Since the debut of the direct connection in June 2022, Qantas has already carried over 70,000 passengers non-stop between the two countries. From Rome Fiumicino Airport , flights are operated with the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, designed for long-haul, which offers 236 seats in Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins. The configuration, lighting designed to reduce jet lag, high humidity in the cabin and large windows ensure a more comfortable and restful journey.

Western Australia welcomes with pristine beaches, renowned wine regions and an Aboriginal cultural heritage that dates back over 60,000 years. From Perth, you can also continue your journey to major Australian cities, such as Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, thanks to Qantas' domestic network.
