Premium Economy on Emirates A380 flights to New York

From 10 November, daily flights EK205/206 on the Dubai-New York route via Milan will introduce Premium Economy, followed by direct flights EK201/202 between Dubai and New York (JFK) from 1 December

Emirates has announced that all of its A380 flights to New York JFK will now offer four cabin classes, including the award-winning Premium Economy.

Starting December 1, direct flights EK201/202 on the daily Dubai-New York (JFK) route will introduce the new travel class. The daily connections operated via Milan, EK205/206, will also offer the Premium Economy experience starting from 10 November. Customers flying between Dubai and Milan will thus be able to count on two daily flights with this option, including the EK091/092 services.

These updates will complement the EK203/204 flights, which already guarantee Premium Economy on a daily basis, offering a higher level of comfort on long-haul connections

The refurbished A380s used on flights EK201/202 and EK205/206 will offer a complete experience in First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class, expanding the choice for both business and leisure travellers.

With these innovations, Emirates will increase the number of global destinations served with Premium Economy to 68 by March 2026, spread across the fleet of A380, B777 and A350. The A380's four-class cabins are already available on key routes to Australasia and Asia, including Sydney, Singapore, Osaka, Mumbai, Bangalore and other destinations.

On the four-class A380, Premium Economy is located at the front of the main deck and includes 56 seats in a 2-4-2 configuration. Each seat offers ample space, individual charging sockets, a side table for cocktails and thoughtful comfort details. The experience is enhanced by a dedicated menu and a selection of premium drinks, including the Chandon Vintage Brut 2016, available exclusively to passengers in this cabin.

The MilanNew York route, which has been operating for over ten years from Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), represents a strategic connection for the entire Emirates network and for Italy.
