New Lufthansa Premium Check-in Area in Frankfurt
The Lufthansa Group has inaugurated the new Premium Check-in Area in Terminal 1, Hall A, at Frankfurt Airport: a completely redesigned environment to offer First Class, HON Circle, Senator and Star Alliance Gold a higher level of hospitality, efficiency and comfort.
A renewed design for an exclusive welcome
The new Premium Check-in Area combines comfort, efficiency and highly personalised service. The new Premium space introduces features designed to facilitate the most demanding Travellers. Among the distinctive elements:
- large area with changing rooms, for quick changes of clothes or to organize luggage with maximum privacy;
- elegant high tables with charging stations and comfortable seating for waiting moments or short meetings before departure;
- dedicated access from the P31 car park, which facilitates direct arrival at the check-in area;
- bars manned by Lufthansa staff, ready to provide personalized assistance;
- Vending machines for luggage storage, supervised to ensure a smooth and immediate process.
The new Premium Area thus offers a mix of contemporary design, dedicated service and advanced features, which contribute to making the time spent at the airport more pleasant and flexible for Lufthansa Group Airlines passengers.
Lufthansa Business Lounge A13 also reopens
At the same time, business passengers and Lufthansa status customers can once again access the Lufthansa Business Lounge at Gate A13 at Frankfurt Airport (FRA).
The lounge is now renovated after a short period of work. The lounge completes the hub's premium offering with spaces dedicated to relaxation, work and travel preparation.
