Iberia also renews the "pre-order" menus for short and medium flights
Iberia continues to refine the dining experience on board: after the restyling of the menus for long-haul flights, it is now the turn of the "pre-order" service for short and medium-haul routes, with updated dishes designed for an even fresher and more tailor-made experience.
Passengers can choose their meal in advance, from 45 days up to 18 hours before their flight. Courses designed for flights of up to 41/2 hours include options such as baked chicken breast on a bed of chickpea ragout, vegan dumplings with tomato ragout, and ricotta crescents with sautéed spinach.
These new proposals maintain the company's quality standards, guaranteeing variety, taste and well-being even on the shortest flights.
With this novelty, Iberia confirms its commitment to improving the travel experience in every class of service, through curated and flexible culinary choices, designed to meet the different tastes of passengers.
