Etihad restarts Abu Dhabi with reduced operations

Etihad Airways is resuming today, 6 March 2026, a limited commercial flight schedule to and from Zayed International Airport (AUH), following coordination with relevant authorities and thorough safety assessments.

The company operates selected connections until March 19, keeping all other scheduled services to and from Abu Dhabi suspended. Additional destinations will be added as soon as operating conditions allow.

Operational destinations between 6 and 19 March

The currently active network connects Abu Dhabi to numerous destinations in Europe, Asia, North America, the Middle East and Oceania, including:

• Italy: Milan (Malpensa) and Rome (Fiumicino)
• Europe: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Brussels, Dublin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Geneva, London Heathrow, Madrid, Manchester, Munich, Paris, Prague, Vienna, Warsaw, Zurich
• North America: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York (JFK), Toronto, Washington
• Asia-Pacific: Bangkok, Beijing, Delhi, Denpasar (Bali), Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Phuket, Seoul (Incheon), Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo
• Middle East and Africa: Addis Ababa, Cairo, Casablanca, Istanbul, Jeddah, Karachi, Nairobi, Riyadh, Muscat

• not to show up at the airport without a confirmed reservation or official communication,

Exchanges and refunds

For Etihad tickets issued on or before 28 February 2026 with travel dates up to 21 March 2026:

• you can make a new booking free of charge on flights operated by Etihad until 15 May 2026,
• All passengers with flights until March 21 can request a refund online via the official form or by contacting their travel agency,
• Those who have booked through an agency must contact the intermediary directly.
