With over 400,000 vegan meals served each year, Emirates guarantees plant-based options in every class:
  • Economy Class: dishes such as crêpes stuffed with sautéed vegetables with baked potatoes and chocolate mousse with berry crumble.
  • Premium Economy: Braised mushrooms in five-spice soy sauce, served with jasmine rice and desserts such as chocolate raspberry cake.
  • Business Class: Thai red tofu curry with eggplant and fine desserts such as coconut pineapple cake.
  • First Class: creamy polenta with thyme mushroom ragout or eggplant curry with coconut and mint chutney, followed by sophisticated desserts such as chocolate fudge with cashew cream and salted caramel.
