Emirates resumes flights to Beirut and Baghdad
From the Dubai hub, daily flights to Lebanon and Iraq operated with a Boeing 777-300ER in a three-class configuration
Emirates announces the resumption of daily flights to Beirut, Lebanon, and Baghdad, Iraq, from 1 February 2025, offering enhanced connectivity for passengers to more than 140 global destinations. Both services will be operated with a Boeing 777-300ER in a three-class configuration, ensuring comfort and significant overall capacity.
Beirut: double daily frequency from April
From 1 February, Emirates will operate a daily flight to Beirut's Rafic Al Hariri International Airport, with the following schedules:
- EK953: Departure from Dubai at 11:30 AM, arrival in Beirut at 2:00 PM.
- EK954: Departure from Beirut at 3:30 PM, arrival in Dubai at 9:20 PM.
Starting April 1, 2025, a second daily flight will be added, providing even more flexibility for travelers:
- EK957: Departs Dubai at 07:30, arrives in Beirut at 10:30.
- EK958: Departure from Beirut at 12:05, arrival in Dubai at 16:55.
These services will offer over 5,000 weekly seats in both directions, enhancing access to global destinations through the Dubai hub.
Baghdad: optimized daily flights
Connections with Baghdad International Airport will also resume on February 1, 2025, with daily frequencies. The hours will vary depending on the days of the week:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday:
- EK941: Departure from Dubai at 08:05, arrival in Baghdad at 09:50.
- EK942: Departure from Baghdad at 11:25 AM, arrival in Dubai at 2:35 PM.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday:
- EK943: Departure from Dubai at 13:00, arrival in Baghdad at 14:25.
- EK944: Departure from Baghdad at 15:55, arrival in Dubai at 19:10.

Passengers traveling on these routes will benefit from a premium experience thanks to the three-class configuration of the Boeing 777-300ER, with First, Business and Economy Class. The resumption and expansion of flights to Beirut and Baghdad is testament to Emirates' commitment to offering its customers greater choice, global connectivity and excellent service.
