Emirates reinforces solidarity commitment
The Emirates Airline Foundation is reinstating its commitment to disadvantaged children, strengthening its partnership with 13 humanitarian organisations in 9 countries and announcing a new solidarity initiative: for every donation received in any currency, the airline will double its contribution to a maximum of $10,000, thus multiplying the impact of the aid.
The initiative is part of the UAE's 2025 Year of the Community, which aims to promote a culture of shared responsibility and concrete solidarity, creating a tangible and lasting impact in local and international communities.
How to support the Emirates Airline Foundation
Donating is simple and accessible to everyone:
- On board: On every Emirates flight, you can donate in cash or by card, using the donation envelope provided by the crew.
- Online: via the official website emiratesairlinefoundation.org.

A long-term mission
Founded over 20 years ago under the high patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the Emirates Airline Foundation is the philanthropic heart of the airline. Operating with the support of volunteer employees, private donors and Emirates customers, the Foundation invests almost all of the funds raised directly into projects, minimising administrative costs. Regulated by the Dubai Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities (IACAD), the Foundation is fully licensed by the Government of Dubai (A91 license).
