Emirates redefines First Class flying
Emirates, a global leader in international First Class travel with more than 26,800 weekly seats and its entire fleet of private suites, is unveiling a new set of refined enhancements to make its 'Fly Better' offering even more exclusive. From the check-in lounges inspired by private lounges to the iconic unlimited caviar service on board, the Emirati company continues to raise the standards of high-end hospitality.
An experience that begins on land
At Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 3, the First Class check-in area is undergoing a complete makeover: an intimate and exclusive environment, with personalized services and relaxing design, opening in the coming weeks. Around the world, Emirates First Class passengers have access to 43 luxury lounges and complimentary chauffeur service in many destinations, for a truly door-to-door journey.
Private suites like hotel rooms
The First Class suites on board the A380 (configured 1-2-1) and B777 Game Changers (configured 1-1-1) offer total privacy, reclining seats in a fully horizontal bed, digital controls, adjustable lighting and personalized climate control. The central suites of the B777 have virtual windows, while custom-made binoculars are available for the window seats. Passengers can also contact the crew via video call, ordering the "room service".
Tailor-made luxury and well-being
On board, the suites offer a selection of Byredo cosmetics exclusive to Emirates, alongside prestigious Bulgari kits, with Le Gemme Orom and Tygar fragrances, personal care products and eco-luxury accessories. Travelers receive hydrating Hydra Active pajamas, faux lambswool blanket, slippers and mask, for a rejuvenating rest at 40,000 feet. The luggage allowed in the cabin is generous, with 50 kg in the hold and ample dedicated spaces.
5-star fine dining
Food service is a la carte and on request, with seasonal dishes, vegan options, selection of movie-worthy snacks (including Wagyu sliders and lobster rolls), and unlimited caviar served with seven accompaniments in engraved bowls signed by Robert Welch. The artisan cheese platter is served on a rustic blackboard, with chutney and honey to be poured with a wooden honeycomb. Each suite has high-end sweet and savory snacks, gourmet chocolates, and the possibility to take away small boxes of pralines.
A wine cellar for connoisseurs
Emirates is the only airline to serve Dom Pérignon on all First Class routes, flanked by a collection of ultra-premium spirits: Hennessy Paradis, Glenmorangie Signet, Stoli Elit Vodka, to name a few.
His 6-million-bottle wine cellar kept in France includes Grand Crus of Burgundy (Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne), first-growth Bordeaux (Château Margaux, Haut-Brion, Mouton Rothschild) and vintage Ports such as Graham's 1979 and Dow's 1981. For tea and coffee lovers, Lavazza blends and Dilmah artisanal selections from Sri Lanka are available.
Elite entertainment
Each suite features a 32-inch Full HD screen, with an award-winning ICE system that offers over 6,500 channels in 40 languages. The Bowers & Wilkins E1 headphones, with noise-canceling technology, are covered in sheepskin for superior comfort.
Spa in the sky and lounge on board
On the A380, First Class passengers can access twoShower Spas, with organic Voya products , heated floors, a vanity area and fresh flowers. The onboard lounge offers a social area with premium bar, cocktails, snacks, and a real-time view from outside the aircraft via a 55-inch screen.
