TAP Air Portugal eliminates flight change fees

TAP Air Portugal introduces a new flexibility measure for Travellers, eliminating rebooking penalties on all flight tickets issued between 15 May and 15 June 2026.

The initiative is valid in all markets served by the company and allows passengers to book their flight with greater peace of mind, being able to change travel plans without change costs. The promotion applies to travel departing within the original validity period of the ticket.

With this choice, TAP Air Portugal reinforces its focus on a simpler and more flexible travel experience, designed for those who are planning a holiday, a city break or a business trip and want more freedom in the event of last-minute changes.

The change to the booking must be made within the original validity of the ticket and in any case at least seven days before the departure of the outbound flight. The exemption concerns only the change fee: if the fare class initially purchased is no longer available, the ticket will be reissued with any adjustment of the fare and applicable taxes.
