Condor launches Venice-Frankfurt flights

The airline expands its network of Italian routes for next summer: Venice is the third Italian destination, after the successful introduction of Rome (FCO) and Milan (MXP)

For summer 2026, Condor is further expanding its international network, strengthening its flight schedule from Italy and introducing new daily connections from Venice to Frankfurt, active from 1 May 2026.

The lagoon city thus joins the already consolidated Italian destinations in the German airline's summer network, such as Rome (Fiumicino FCO), Palermo and Milan (Malpensa MXP). Flights from Venice will be operated with daily frequencies, providing departures in the morning, afternoon and evening, to ensure maximum flexibility for passengers departing from the North East of Italy. The flights will also allow convenient connections at the Frankfurt (FRA) hub, with efficient connections to numerous global destinations, such as North America, Africa or Thailand.

In addition to Venice, summer 2026 will also see the inclusion of Barcelona and Budapest in the Condor network, further enriching the carrier's European network. With these innovations, Venice joins the summer routes already active to and from Hamburg, Berlin, Milan, Munich, Paris (Charles de Gaulle), Prague, Rome, Vienna and Zurich.

As part of its short-haul fleet renewal plan, Condor will deploy an increasing number of Airbus A320neo aircraft on these routes, new generation aircraft that guarantee greater efficiency, comfort and sustainability. On board, passengers will find increased luggage compartment, available Wi-Fi and modern cabin designs, designed to meet the needs of the contemporary traveler.

All Condor flights are configured in two classes: Business Class (passengers can enjoy selected snacks and drinks) and Economy Class (water accompanied by a dessert is served).

Condor

Condor has been accompanying travelers to the most beautiful destinations since 1956. Every year, more than 8 million passengers fly with Condor from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to around 70 destinations worldwide. It operates a fleet of more than 50 aircraft, maintained by its own maintenance facility, Condor Technik GmbH, at its Frankfurt and Düsseldorf locations. In 2024, it completed the renewal of its long-haul fleet, which now consists of 18 efficient Airbus A330neo aircraft. Three more new A330neos will join the fleet by 2028. From 2024, it is also renewing its entire short- and medium-haul fleet, and a total of 43 new A32Xneo Family aircraft are expected to arrive by the end of 2028.
