Apple AirTag for Lufthansa Group airlines
Passengers can track their luggage when flying with Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Eurowings
The airlines of the Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Eurowings) are introducing a new service to improve the travel experience for passengers.
Thanks to the integration of the Apple AirTag tracking functionality into the baggage tracking processes, passengers can privately and securely share the location of their AirTag or an accessory from the Find My network through the official digital channels of the baggage tracking service.
The companies of the group will process this information in their own systems, thus allowing even more precise and efficient tracking of checked baggage, improving digital support for travelers.
